I provide practical research and litigation-support services to solo and small law firms, helping attorneys save time and prepare more efficiently for cases. My background combines a law degree with more than 30 years of experience in information technology, research, analysis, and working with complex information.Legal Research:
I can research statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal authorities and provide organized, concise research summaries to help you evaluate legal issues and prepare for your next step. I can also locate and summarize relevant authorities on specific questions you identify.Deposition Summaries:
I can review deposition transcripts and prepare clear, organized summaries highlighting important testimony, disputed facts, admissions, inconsistencies, and other information relevant to the case. Summaries can be organized by topic, witness, or chronology, depending on your needs.Mediation Assistance:
I can assist attorneys in preparing for mediation by reviewing and organizing relevant case materials, summarizing key testimony and evidence, and identifying important factual issues, disputed points, and areas that may require particular attention during the mediation.Case Preparation:
